3. Instruct us and get selling
We have one simple payment option. £850 No VAT to sell your property. The only additional fee is for EPC, Floor Plans, For Sale Board and Photographs for an upfront cost £75.00 (for all 4 package).
Withdrawal notice is 21 days.
If you wish to have accompanied viewings – No problem its included in your fee for 2019.

4. Photography
Once instructed The Hive will arrange photography, create floor plans and work with you to create a description for marketing. It’s that simple!!
5. Get seen on the best Portal
We make sure you get seen on Zoopla and other leading property portals. You’ll also be seen on The Hive Estate Agents Website.
We can even arrange for upgrades to your adverts so you stand out even more on the major portals. (fee chargeable )
6. Complete viewings control
Viewings can be booked online 24/7 by your buyers and you control the times you are happy for them to happen.
